Adrian Baddeley is the Deputy Director and Big Data Analytics Leader for the Curtin Institute for Computation

Adrian Baddeley is Professor of Computational Statistics at Curtin University, and is one of Australia’s leading researchers in statistical science. His research interests include spatial data analysis, especially spatial point patterns, and computational algorithms for statistical inference. He is a graduate of the Australian National University and Cambridge University, and has held research and teaching positions at Cambridge, Bath, Yale, UWA, CSIRO (Sydney and Perth) and CWI (Amsterdam), and honorary professorships at Leiden (Netherlands) and Aarhus (Denmark). Adrian Baddeley is a winner of the Pitman and Hannan medals for statistical research, and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science.
