Asha Stabback


Asha completed her Bachelor of Commerce and master’s in human resource management at the University of Western Australia (UWA, Perth), with a focus on behavioural science and culture transformation.

She worked across the mining sector for 14 years, delivering organisational transformation programs before shifting into the academic environment. Asha joined UWA in 2017 as a Development Officer in Health and Medical Sciences, focused on securing philanthropic funds to support students and research. From there she worked in the Innovation Team, supporting the Academic Engagement Program, before shifting to Curtin University in 2020 to manage the Curtin-Cisco Partnership and to support the establishment of the Centre for Networks.

Asha joined the Australian Space Data Analysis Facility (ASDAF) in October 2020 as the Business Development Manager, engaging the research and industry sectors to support the increased utilisation of satellite imagery.
